It's Friday therefore it must be coffee roasting day!
Every Friday, my husband roasts the fresh coffee beans for the week. Did you know that you can buy green beans for around $4.00 a pound and with a hot air popcorn popper, roast your own beans in about 30 minutes. The human bean is a truly amazing and creative creature! Let me know if you'd like to order a pound to sample. Perhaps you too can be the next Juan Valdez.
